As stated in our shop policies, shipping is non-refundable and sale items are FINAL SALE.  But we do ship exchanges for free and always place exchanges ahead of the current wait list.  We start cutting the leathers for your exchange with this confirmation info, but we do not begin the lasting process until your initial shoes have been received.  Once they are received, please expect 2-3 weeks to allow for proper drying time until a replacement is sent.
